Welcome to Nano-Meter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered video generation platform, including our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Nano-Meter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
IMPORTANT: These Terms include an arbitration clause and class action waiver that affects your rights. Please read Section 14 carefully.
By creating an account or using our Service, you represent that:
Nano-Meter is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create cinematic videos from text prompts and images. Our Service includes:
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may create an account using email/password or through OAuth providers (Google, Apple). You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You must verify your email address to access full platform features. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Actions consume credits as follows:
New users receive 200 free credits upon account creation. First-time script generation is free. Free credits do not expire while your account is active.
Lite Plan: $5/month - 500 credits
Creator Plan: $22/month - 2,500 credits (Most Popular)
Professional Plan: $50/month - 5,500 credits
Content Pro: $100/month - 10,000 credits
Subscription credits are added to your balance at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period if unused.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Refund Policy: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing service use. Contact support within 7 days of charge for refund requests.
Free credits and purchased one-time credits expire 12 months from issuance. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. We will notify you before credits expire.
You retain all ownership rights to content you create using Nano-Meter, including generated videos, scripts, and edited assets. We do not claim ownership of your output.
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload or input (text prompts, images, etc.) and that such content does not infringe third-party rights.
Content generated by AI models is provided "as-is." While you own the output, AI-generated content may occasionally resemble existing works due to the nature of AI training. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
The Service, including software, algorithms, UI/UX design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Nano-Meter and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
You agree NOT to use Nano-Meter to:
Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report illegal activity to authorities. No refunds will be provided for violations.
Our Service integrates with third-party providers (Replicate, ElevenLabs, AWS, Stripe) and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not warrant that AI-generated content will meet your requirements, be original, or be free from third-party rights. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANO-METER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 (whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nano-Meter and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may also modify features, pricing, or credit costs with reasonable notice. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account before changes take effect.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court actions and intellectual property disputes.
You agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
